The exact fee may vary depending on the complexity of the case, location, time of the appointment, and doctor availability, but all charges stay within the published ranges. The consultation fee covers the doctor's consultation and travel expenses only — additional charges may apply for medications, procedures, and diagnostic tests, where required.

Yes. All our doctors are qualified, fully licensed, and registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC). Each doctor holds a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and is authorised to practise medicine in Malaysia.

We provide same-day doctor home visits throughout Kuala Lumpur, the Klang Valley, and Selangor. After you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we'll confirm your appointment based on doctor availability and your location. Depending on traffic and location, our doctor may arrive within approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour after your booking is confirmed.

Our home doctor service currently covers the Klang Valley and Selangor. If your location is outside our regular service area, please contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to doctor availability and travel arrangements.
